So there have been some major buys happening lately- first off I bought a car! Yay!
I absolutely loved my old Rav4 but it was time for an upgrade- I bought a beautiful Porsche Cayenne
and am crossing my fingers hoping the whole thing doesn’t turn out to be a big mistake 🙂
Also my parents are thinking about buying a house in the suburbs and my mom is wanting the interior to look “whimsical, international and modern”
So I’ve been putting my interior design wannabe skills to use and found pictures that my madre could use for some inspiration

LOVE the pillows
lots of space and a beautiful open feel (along with awesome light fixtures)
pretty consistent teal, blue, greens theme
the laundry room might be my favorite- love the wallpaper (or stenciling)
pops of color used sparingly
backsplash is the BEST sparkling light blue/gray color-
pretty fabric
such a cute chair (love the bird fabric)
These houses are definitely whimsical and yet also modern- looking at these photos kind of reminds me that simplicity is key
and maybe I need to trim down a little of the “stuff” going on in my own house!
